those looks like the small cluster bumps that will burst open at some point. If they do break open have them swabbed asap.

very strange it could be mollocum iv never seen this before sometimes things look bad but they are totally harmless id go back to your doctor an try get some kind of diagnosis

u should get tested for herpes if you have the same bumps
