Please help tips for tackling morning anxeity

After 17 years I came off all meds. Resulting in crippling anxeity a few months later. There have been several medications trialed since then and a few days in a psychiatric ward. I have nausea and diaries all the time and I'm being taken off all medication again except one benzo a day which I can't stop yet. I cant keep fighting the anxeity first thing in the morning any tips please?

Sorry bout that. I too went off all meds, they eventually went away for 3 years i was free, now theyre back. Not sure what to do. This ones goin for 2 hrs now all night in this chair. Not gonna give u poor advice

I think one thing that you could try would be some deep breathing and visualisation techniques. Lay flat on your back with your palms down on your tummy with the tips of your middle fingers touching. Take a deep breath in, counting to ten, and feel the tips of your fingers move apart. Then let your breath go, until your fingers move back in to touch each other again.  Repeat this until you start to feel a little calmer. Then once you feel calmer, picture a running tap in your head. Put all your panic and anxiety into the water and let it flow down the drain and away from you. I hope this helps.x

I shall try this thank you x I struggle with mindfulness techniques but if at first.....
