So today i took the last placebo pill from my birth control pack and i wasnt getting my period all day but my body has been aching and crampy which is normal for this day. I noticed i had some blood coming out but it wasnt like the usual heavy flow i get. I wiped and what looks like a piece of skin came out of me. What the hell is this? Is it normal? Miscarriage? Idk but im freaking out please give me some advice!
