What could this be? When i woke up this morning it was itchy and bothering me when I went to the bathroom i noticed it looked like this out of nowhere, when i went to bed it wasn’t there, there was no redness or bumps or anything but when i woke up it was really red, bumpy and itchy, does it look like herpes?
