it was a little itchy at first but now has started to go down without any itching i had sex without a condom but with a regular partner straight after i washed with lemon and water then i used garlic and water could it be a reaction or a std ? all help is Appreciated!
Most likely you need to check out how to deal with a yeast / fungal infection if you had vaginal, bacterial if you did anal or received oral - sometimes you can have both
