PLEASE HELP. What is this??

I’m so afraid this is herpes! I have recently been with a new partner (starting 6 days ago). We had sex 4 consecutive days. Prior to this i had not shaved in quit some time and shaved everyday that week. I started noticing extreme pain day 3. i have also never used toys or lube before. easy to say it was the roughest 4 days iv experienced!
I went to get blood work done, along with a urine sample. The doctor too a look and said it could be 50/50 Herpes or infected ingrown hairs (this many tho?). I was crying the entire time he was examining me (embarrassing)… so i think he was trying to be hopeful.
The bumps themselves arent painful unless pressed, however i have EXTREME pain on the inner part of my vulva with a milk colored discharge and a large laceration type of sores… im so worried and just dont know how to make it through this next week… any words of wisdom!!!

give it a few days to a week with no more shaving an post an update pic? i think this could be follicular related.

So so sorry how gross this, but what the heck. I woke up to my inside sores no longer white. Everything down there is SO sticky and brown-ish. I do have a cavity type sore but it no longer has the white pus. (Day 3 of symptoms)
Yesterday, however, my doctor did give me a shot in my butt that is suppose to help with infection and pain. I also took one dose of doxycycline last night.
I woke up frequently with discomfort. I dont think the shot really worked of thats what it was for…

im going through the exact same thing ive been crying non stop. i have an extreme pain in one side of my vagina too. right under my clitoral hood. she perscribe me yeast infection medicine, but litearlly that night i notice lesions

You mention you note discharge like milk, I recomminded done urine diagnosis ( gram stain + urine culture ) to exclude bacterial STD infection or UTI

Hi, i my urine culture came positive for UTI but no bacterial infection. I did go to the ER and the doctor said it deff resembles herpes. Told me i would have had to come in direct contact with another open infection (which i dont belive to be accurate)
