im 17 weeks pregnant while wiping i felt a sharp pain and have had sharp uncomfortable pain all day. i dont understand what this "growth" is.
Its probably just a skin tag, and yes they can hurt if you rub against them . They can be removed by a gynaecologist quite easily. Talk to your midwife or Ob/gyn at your next check up.
