Hello, since October I’ve been sweating a lot in the anus and scrotum. I sat at the desk and began to notice a very strong anal pruritus. This itching accentuates at night and sometimes according to the itching. I took 7 days of an ointment with sertaconazole Nitrate and I was fine for 4 days and returned to itching. I took 7 days of an ointment with difluocortolone valerate and isoconazole nitrate and I was fine for 3 days and reappeared. I did 7 days of an ointment with Sodium Fusidate and it did not do anything to me. I have taken hemorrhoids (daflon) and have improved, but the itchy, itchy pimples are the same.
