Last week the front area of my woman parts were really itchy. It started to get sore and upon looking I saw I had like a paper cut right down the middle of the inside of my clitoral "hood". Now, it burns really bad and I have sores. They almost look like chancre sores. They are all on the frontal part (above my clitoris). I don't think it could be herpes, unless it's been dormant. I don't have any discharge and ended my period yesterday. Please see attached photo. Thank you.

I thought the sores from that were dry?
Just so people know, I went to the doctor and it is herpes. The doctor said she thinks I've had it for years and the recent stress I've gone through with my job caused a break out. If you have something that looks like this see your doctor right away and let your partner know you have it. I told my partner and he wasn't upset at all. Getting it under control and keeping your partner safe is most important.
