Please help

First of i want to appologize for a long paragraph but i need to let this out

Okay so il start this off with how it all started, first off im 20 years old have no stress i have a beautiful girlfriend of over a year now and our relationship is literally better then i can ask for and under going no stress at all but okay well on January 6th i had back surgery, i had a microdiscectomy on my L4-L5 was a little bit nervous about going under anesthesia for the first time from bad story's i have hurd, i had my surgery with no complications, about a month and a bit later it was my uncle birthday party and i drank pretty excessively and woke up the next day feeling very hungover (light headed, nervous, faint, weak) the usual feeling after a really hard night of drinking, so i thought okay im just hungover but now over a month later im still feeling light headed everyday of my life has some confusion, forgetful, trouble consentrating, spaced out, dizzy spells, weakness in both arms, allways tired(even after 7 to 9 hours of sleep) sensative to half loud noise, and has been causing me to have 'panic attacks' just had an MRI done came out clear had blood work everything was near perfect, and a ECG of my heart witch came out completely fine im just so confused now cause i saw a "internal medicine specialist" after all my tests came back clear and he said he has no idea what could be causing it, so im just wondering has anyone with anxiety ever experienced this cause this is constant every single day of my life im just really confused and it troubles me with my everyday tasks

I just want to know if this is anxiety so i can stop worrying...

If someone could help me it would be greatly appreciated

Thanks in advance

I see this website is not to much help...

hi. All the symptoms you talk of are anxiety symtoms and as you have had all the medical tests done its pointing to anxiety. It can hit anybody at anytime when you least expect it. It's very scary and often first shows itself around the age of twenty ! Anxiety feeds from fear ! You may not feel you have anything to be anxious about and not know why it's happening but it's just there. That in itself drives you mad because of you don't know what the problem is how can you sort it. You just on the end accept its anxiety and learn to cope with it. Everybody is different. I know you didn't get a reply immediately ot can take time but your certainly not alone and all of us on here know how scary it is ! Just rhe fact that you had an operation can trigger anxiety you don't see it coming you see It will get better X. send me message any time

Okay thank's alot im starting to realise it only is anxiety and learning to cope with it cause im not the type of persone to take medication i went throught surgery and my entire recovery i took zero pain meds cauae im just not a persone that likes to take meds so im gonna try and cope with it and fight it naturally

But thanks for the reply the only reason i had commented on my own post afterwards was becaue i thought it would "bump" it back up to the top..

I understand that ! You will get through this I don't take meds and I have learnt to manage it but I have in the past so either way and what ever works for you. So many side effects but if you feel you need a little crutch for a few months it can help. Keep busy and just say this is anxiety it can't kill me c good luck

Hey Joshua!

I'm 24 and have had the same symptoms for a few years. Definitely seems like anxiety, I was diagnosed a while ago. It does get better and plenty of people can overcome it. But you may have bad days and just need to seek out advice on how to handle those and know what works for you
