Please help):

So i was sleeping and had been sleeping for a couple of hours. Well all od a sudden i woke up, i felt so weird then something like hit me and i had to jump up real quick bc i got scared idk what was happening, then i got really hot and idk.. i need help

Did you happen to wake up from the sensation of the dream, or after you woke up you felt the "hit"?  Many people encounter dreams such as falling and the dreams are accompanied by the dreamer immediately waking up, in a fast, shocked manner.  You could have began feeling anxious if you payed too much attention to this occurance. Best of luck, and please feel free to respond

The question posed was did you feel like you had been hit during the dream, after you woke up, or while you were waking up? The answer to this question is very important.  When you say you got hot, do you mean full body sweats, only your head got hot? Hot as your skin felt hot, or you felt hot inside of  your body only?

Hey I get that all the time, feels a bit like a bolt of energy running through you and your body jumps up before you can stop and think. sounds like you felt weird and a bit out of it, this caused you  to panic as you thought you were in danger and needed to protect yourself. that then sent a trigger to the brain to enter the fight or flight responce as you thought you were in danger this released a sudden shot of addreniline to the body to get up so you could address the situation and protect yourself. and the hot flush is a symptom of anxiety that I know oh to well. Trigger (feeling weird) normal bodily reaction (feeling drowsy), misinterpreted the sensation as dangerous or scary (had a scary thought, brought up a scary memory) - triggered (fight or flight responce) - caused you to panic - this caused more sensations to occur (hotflush).

It can be scary and a shock to the system going from one extreme to the other. Get checked by a doctor but if what you experienced is what I am pretty sure you did, then they are a normal bodily reaction and they are safe. Anxiety is scary and causes so many awful sensations and thoughts and its hard to know they are safe.. which is what I am trying to learn.

Lucid dreaming. It can be from meds or it happens sometimes.
