Please Help!

I've been having constant abdominal pain for a couple months now. I recently had an endoscope which showed nothing and the specialist said he found nothing wrong, I've also had a ultrasound which came back displaying everything was okay. I don't have diarrhea or constipation. Actually, I am not sure if I have constipation because in the past I would have movement everyday. However, now it's every other day or every third day. But in the last four days I've had movement everyday. I was wondering if it could be something wrong with my abdominal wall, because on the direct left and right of my belly buttton when I press down I have extreme pain and it is extremely hard throughout the day. Sometimes I could also move around a muscle right under my right rib cage. My rib's also hurt but not always and I often have lower back pain. Above my right waste bone, I feel like a muscle or something is swollen, again when I press it I feel pain on the left side of my abdominal. Please help!

Have you had any CT Scans, blood, urine, or stool tests?

I also have constant abdominal pain which is sensitive to touch.

Sounds like Gastritis to me, can be IBS too.

Further diagnosis and tests can overrule other abnormalities.

Did your consultant make any suggestions as to what it could be?  If you had gastritis I would have thought an endoscopy would have shown it up.  Have you had a stool test for h pylori?  Also ask about celiac.

Try keeping a food diary to check for intolerances.  Have you had any stress recently?  If your pain moves about rather than staying in one area, it may be IBS especially if all your tests come back negative.

I have IBS and when it started I got persisent constipation and then loose stools but I didn't realise I had a change of bowel habit. I also have constant stomach pain with occasional nausea.  I had an ultrasound, stool test, urine sample and celiac test. All were negative.
