My body is a mess I feel nauseous diareah and the worst insomomnia and when I’m lying down Because I am so stressed and panicking I’m getting tingly knumb hands 😥 I have absolutely no appetite and am losing so much weight ... has anyone else been through this and can help please ...
Your feeling yucky because of the quick swaps from med to med ...was that your doctor's request..if it was I would change doctor's..take care sorry your feeling this way..
I think that your best choice, is to go to survivingantidepressants.org, and ask for helping instructions to cope! They have plenty of experience on what you are facing.
When I restarted my citalopram my anxiety went through the roof for about 4 or 5 days. No appetite I couldn't sleep and the tingly in the arms and legs was unbearable. I have diazepam for if it's really bad which worked wonders. Just a short term thing to get through the body and bra adjusting to the meds. I would speak to your Dr. Good luck x
