I have been having a headache now for over 2 months feels like something is moving in my head sharp pain and some pressure I also get weird feeling in my face and lips and when I blow my nose I see blood the doctors check me and said it's stress and anxiety I did a MRI and the doctors said it was good I'm going crazy I don't know what is happening to me
I'm soo sorry you are going through that.. I hate to say this but sometimes life Sucks.. what ever is bothering u u have to let it go love.. stress is so bad man.. I'm currently dealing with it too and I'm paranoid because I'm dang near starving myself to death.. and I hate it I just had a bad headache just like u last night.. it was soo bad like someone squeezing both sides of my head. Then it went to the left side of my head and face and I panic and called the ambulance thinking I'm having a heart attack but I wasn't but it's scary I have stress depression and anxiety.. try taking ibuprofen I heard that helps.. I hope u feel better soon ❤️
I feel you.I been having headaches for past 2 and half months. Unfortunately it's all from anxiety and panic attacks. I have a feeling I will drop dead any second.It stopped me for living my life.That's all I think about.Every day new symptoms but the headache is slowly going away while other new symptoms are present.
These nose bleeds can be caused by very small veins, very close to the surface within the nose, this can cause nose bleeds. If you blow your nose hard these little veins bleed. Try not to be so hard when you blow your nose. You will feel anxious at the site of blood.
You have had a tranche of tests, try and trust those who took them and sorted out your results. You are fine it would seem, move on
