I have a really bad pain on my left shoulder and it hurts when I lift it up. I also have a pain on the left side of my neck that hurts especially when i move my head. I think this is angina?! It actually feels hot. I get dizzy when i stand. My heart rate feels slow and when i checked with phone app it was only like 55. It's been two months since I noticed heart palpitations and I read this article from a mom of a girl who died of long qt syndrome and i have had every symptom except feeling faint. Please help. Should I go to hospital? Thanks
