so heres how it goes, im stuck in bed with chronic anxiety however I dont know weather the symptoms are a cause of something more sinister. So basically 7 months ago I had the worst headache ever I then thought I had a brain tumor so I had an MRI scan, all clear. My nose is constantly blocked and i feel like im drunk when walking i feel like im going to faint all the time and im seriously anxious. my nose has been blocked for 7 months now. when I clench my jaw bone together I can hear Fluid what is this and what is wrong with me I also feel dizzy 24/7.
the d octor said its sinusitis but Its been 7 months now and I have no pain just pressure problems. im 22 M.

I had very similar symptoms and worries as you. I was constantly dizzy (felt like I was on a boat 24-7), my ears and nose felt “full” like I couldn’t get a lot of air through my nostrils and my ears felt like when you’re on an airplane. I also was having cluster headaches (sharp zap type pains on the left side of my head, and I’d never had this before in my life). I googled and of course it tells me it’s a tumor or something serious, bc that’s what google always does lol - _ -
But I actually had an MRI done on my head as well, and it was completely clear. I swear as soon as I heard that everything was normal, all of my symptoms slowly disappeared. U know why? Bc I finally started to calm down and I wasn’t anxious anymore. It truly is amazing what your mind can do to your body physically.
going through the same symptoms as you for 7 months and it jus f** kd my sleep i cN barely sleep for two or three hours i will get it done in scotland doctors suggest me an ballon sinuplasty after that ill b fine go get anappointment to an ent and ask them to clear this for u its horrible i cannot go to sleep because of this 7 months now but calm down you are not the only one who have that problem im here with u dont take steam or anything it will make it more worse jus avoid dairy product n the only treatment of it is surgery they will open ur nasal passages brother i havent slept soundly from 7 months
jack dont post your questions about that cause it will make u feel more worse cause your head needs rest jus rest your brain a bit cause different people have different views n opinions it will make u thing about something else u dont have an extreme disease im meeting myself hi jack cause my name is jack too i also have what u have
