When did this first appear? This is at the top of the shaft of your penis on the foreskin? I take it you are not circumcised?

this is between his frenulum and his circumcision scar. this is a growth that may or may not be benign. go see your doctor immediately
I remember going to a doctor and showing it to a doctor maybe 3 years ago and said it was nothing to worry about but it gone bigger and is black on the edges of the rash/ growth. i have been diagnosed with lichen nitidus in the past bit im not sure if it is that. sometimes when it is dry it appears slightly crusty aswell.

I visited my GP and he has said it is most likely a fungal infection. so panic over i hope. im quite baffled by the diagnosis though as i dont understand how i acquired it.
