had unprotected sex 10 days ago. i have been going through a lot lately. the girl said she just tested negative for all std, including herpes. i am convinced i have herpes though. i have had itching in groin and at urethra. she is also 5 weeks pregnant. what could this be?? No blisters present but slightly inflamed urethra
the urethra can be inflamed for many reasons aswel as uti and stds it can also be caused by benign conditions like fungal infections its better to visit the doctors for tests to rule eveything out
simply not showering everyday can cause it so it could be anything
i suggest also the person u slept with has a full std test with her being pregnant everyone who is preganant has a full std test including herpes when they first find out they are pregnant because certain stds can be dangerous during pregnancy
i shower everyday. just nervous bc she said she had some itching ~4 weeks ago as well. im hoping this is more fungal possibly from her being pregnant. is that possible??
she’s aleeady had it and it was negative for everything including herpes. the itching just really worries me since its occurred so recently afterwards
then its more likley its not herpes and another cause visit a doctors theres so many things that can cause it so i would just be guessing
she may have had thrush in that case its not classed as an std tho yeast naturally occurs in the body and on the skin it overgrows thus causing thrush

the itching is just really bothering me especially not really knowing this girl. very dissappinted in myself and nervous. her itching was 4 weeks ago and im afraid her blood test may have been false negative
