this is a little embarssing but does anyone know what this can be?
the doctor thinks they are Sebaceous cyst but i can't stop worrying about it.

i properly shouldn’t have but before i saw the doctor i picked a few which now look like this…
Can i do.anything to make them go away my dr said they will go away over time and just to be safe we ran STI checks

they are more like sebaceous glands than cysts as a cyst would be a lump were as gland is oil build up near the hair follicles which is why they are white
the oil just comes to the surface via the hair follicle so its visable on the surface of the skin also known as fordyce spots u should not pick them as could cause them to become infected etc i sent more info threw messages anyway
