does anyone know what thsi redness could be and that spot inside on the left .. i thiught herpes but it hasnt went away for a couple years now … it just stays there
They are Fordyce Spots. Those are normal.

Im pretty sure that is normal. have you ever had symptoms of herpes that makes you assume that those spots are linked to it?
no i havent .. it dont got away so i didnt think it was herpes just maybe a cyst or something
i think its more noticeable because im really red there
