Many men struggle to control the odour from the penis. Basically it is the bacteria from stale urine that generates the smell.
You need to wash as regularly as you can after urinating. Pay particular attention when you are urinating that the urine does not contact any of your other penile skin = expose the head of your penis as you have in the photo (I am not sure if you are circumcised) before starting urine flow.
Don’t forget, there is no off-tap on a penis - you need to ensure your bladder, urethra and Meatus (your pee-hole) are completely emptied EACH time you urinate as minute amounts of urine can leak out at any time once you have put your penis away.
If you wear tight clothing such as jeans this can restrict urine flow and trap amounts of urine between the route from the bladder, and again, leak out of the Meatus once you are moving around.
If you cannot wash after each time you urinate, such as when you are out of the house, use a clean paper tissue or toilet tissue to remove any urine residue from around the Meatus and the head of your penis.
ONLY by developing a thoroughly adequate penile hygiene regime that deals with urine in a systematic way will you begin to control the odour that the process generates
