i am not able to take a deep breath. when inhale the air goes no where i dont feel my chest catch. my voice is weak as i cant get enough air to speak. it appears i am breathing as my stomach is going up and down.
even if it feels as though the air is going nowhere, it is going into your lungs where it should go. Anxiety can make you feel numb. What would really help you are doing proper breathing exercises for anxiety. You can find those on YouTube. Some are called mindfulness breathing meditations. this would help you get in better control and feel better over all!
