Ive had this weird line like lump on my genitals for about a year now. Anyone know what this is? It's not painful and foul smelling pimple like pus comes out when squeezed. I know its not a STD and think its a skin condition.
Well,its obviously infected,hence the pus. Could you have scratched yourself, with your own or someone elses fingernails or even caught yourself in your fly zip?
As you have had this for some time you really should see a doctor who may need to swab the pus to determine what sort of infection you have? If that line spreads or changes then do see a doctor. The infection could be quite deep into the skin.
