please i don't know if this a lump, close to my vagina opening, it doesn't itch just there

Hi it looks like it could be possibly a cyst. Does it feel hard like a ball is inside ? Also are those more bumps at the bottom on the left of the picture ? or is it discharge ? Also any abnormal symptoms related to it ?
