Please i need answers !!

Idk if there are any doctors here or patients who have the know anything about this but i need help knowing what's causing my discomfort !

My problem started 2 months ago , i was a little scared because of an accident that happened to someone i know and started to have fast heart rate and pounding heart , i visited the doctor 3 times and he said i am fine and theres nothing wrong i've done EKG,chest X-Ray,Blood test and they all came back normal .... anyway long story short for the past month and a half i haven't had a single day where i dont feel somekind of descomofrt i've been to the doctor a total of 6 times in a month and yet nothing , i have sometimes pain in my chest but it goes away in few minutes and thats it , i have sick feeling like my chest is sick its a very annoying discomfort feeling , it's just uncomfortabel and sometimes when i work or go down/up fast or turn i have a fluttering feeling ( i dont even know if its fluttering ) i also get heartburn sometimes and have the urge to burb ( usually ) idk whats wrong with me , first i was sure its anxiety but after the fast heart rate calmed i thought it was gone , but this new discomfort feeling is annoyting as hek so what is it ?!!

P.S : i dont have shortness of breath,i dont feel weak or anything,i can pretty much do everything i've always done .... but the feelings i get discourage me and make me not want to go or do anything  , what is it and how to fix it ?!!

Jackson, perhaps you could insist upon seeing a heart specialist and in the meantime request something mild for anxiety?  It seems the fact remains that you are still experiencing disturbing symptoms despite the regular tests that show that nothing is wrong, so perhaps this is a good time to search deeper.

It sounds very much that you are experiencing panic attacks, but I'm not qualified this is just my feeling. X

Sounds like anxiety following the accident.   Haven't the doctors already suggested this?

If you don't want to go on medication, meditation would be ideal for this, why not check it out?  Good for the rest of your life too.     There is very good medication available for heartburn - I take esomeprazole for that and reflux, which can mimic a heart attack.   Sounds like your heart is ok, except maybe it's a little bit broken because of the accident and you need some emotional healing?

You could also try counselling but i really recommend meditation

If in doubt keep getting checked out.

It seem, from my experience of both, that you are experiencing heightened anxiety, possibly due to the accident, and a bit of heartburn/reflux.

I would ask for a referral for a psychiatric assessment for anxiety, and ask a pharmacist about over the counter treatment - you could look at it as a process of elimination.

Lettuce, valerian root, and ashwaghanda all have natural anti anxiety properties, as does tea, but tea also contains caffeine, so either go for a decaf, or you can buy the sedative element in tablet form, it's called L-theanine, and is available from health food shops.

Meditate, meditate, meditate - the world can't get enough of it, there are a lot of how tos and guided meditations on YouTube.

Also, find a good yoga teacher/group, it will help with strength, fitness, balance, confidence, relaxation and social contact.

All best wishes, hanb
