You have not lost virginity unless you had vaginal penetrative sex. However, you can damage your hymen by doing other activities. It would be difficult to say if you damaged your hymen without comparing the photos with other photos before some potential incident that might have caused it. However, based on these very low quality, blurred photos - I would say that your hymen is intact, and that it is so called posterior lunar type.
