for the last year itll start off as dry skin then crack open , thought it was from shaving until this time it didnt go away as fast, freaking out can this be HSV??

this it how it looks now, doctor examined me and said everything looks fine and normal. no sores or anything, just the redness. i did have thrush ive been put on 3 pills for . what do yall think?
doesnt look like hsv, looks like a cut..hsv blisters and pops and hurts, i dont think thats what it is
