Hi all, sorry i'm desperate and have no answer to what's going on with my penis. A few different pictures attached.
So everything was fine until i received drunken unprotected oral sex from a SW. This happened early March. Within days i was peeing more, my penis felt generally irritated/inflamed and my stools seemed to be looser. Just generally things didn't feel right.
After 3 days i went to the GUM clinic and had blood tests for HIV and syphilis and urine test for gonarreha and chlamydia. All negative.
As advised by the GUM i repeated the urine test for the above at 14 days and bloods later, at 4 and a half months. Again all negative.
I have also paid a decent amount of cash for 13 sti/std tests with a private online practice. All negative for the above and some additional, but gardernella and ureaplasma came back positive.
I saw my GP about the above and they said they don't normally test for the above two positives but did a urine test for them and negative.
After lots and lots of reading i decided to self prescribe doxycycline for 7 days which did not work.
i have also tried thrush cream and steroid cream, again both have not worked.
I have seen 3 separate GUM doctors, a dermalogist and my GP all said nothing more they can do. I have paid for online questions with American Sexual Health doctors and contacted the herpes helpline in the UK. No answer.
Like i said above everything was normal until this happened. Now i get a blotchy rash on my penis, frequent need to pee, my anus is irritated, loose stools, when erect my penis is red and blotchy and stings slightly after masturbation. My urethra seems to dip at the top now and has a red patch from time to time, this give me slight pain sometimes. Just a general feeling of uncomfortableness/stinging around my anus and penis. I have talked around HPV and herpes with my GP, GUM doctors and herpes helpline and all say not herpes due to the fact I have permanent symptoms and how it presents, no classic symptoms. I have had a pee test for herpes which was negative. I know this is not conclusive but unsure whether bloods test would prove this is what I am dealing with due to percentage of people who have this unknowingly. Doctors also ruled out HPV as not how it presents.
I am a loss and would really welcome any input as where I can go from here or what might trigger the change. It was rough oral so maybe that? I have abstained from masturbation for a good few weeks but no improvement.
The unprotected oral has to be the trigger as all fine till then. Why would my anus be affected as don’t recall anything near there.
i cant show my penis to doctors at its worst when erect as that's frowned upon.
Please please help as doctors not interested and destroyed my life.
can any one help? not sure what more i can do but its messed my life up in a big way.
