Hi beautiful ladies please pray for florida there's been a mass shooting in a high school about 39 minutes away from me, I've been going through perimenapause and this has my anxiety high.
I heard it on the news tonight. So terrible and sad. I can’t imagine the grief those families are going through. I also get terrible anxiety with perimenopause so I know exactly how you feel.

I can't even watch the news just thinking about thsee family I started watching the news when it happened at started shaking especially I'm going through perimenapause and I have thyroid hashimoto, I'm fatigue I just can't
Prayers out to all of the poor people that lost their lives. I pray that you find comfort with family and loved ones, i heard about this yesterday and just dismissed it and this is horrible because i know how it makes me feel even more anxiety ridden and depressed for the world as it is. I was selfish to not think about it or acknowledge it.
Lets just put our hearts together and know that there is much GOOD out there still. Im so sorry and im sorry for what is going on.Jacqueline.

I am so sorry that this happened in your community. I read this morning about many of those who lost their lives... wonderful people with real promise. Praying for everyone involved and relating to your anxiety.
