I do not think it is HPV because symptoms occur usually at the base of the tongue where you can’t see them…I do suggest using salt and water rinse and add cocunut water if you have it…stress causes many things also…so try to stay calm…use the simple salt and water rinse…and see what happens in a couple of days…

It seems like Squamous papilloma, you dont have to worry about it. Go to the dentist, you might have to remove it.
