Sorry babe but that looks like standard herpes. You may be experiencing your first breakout. Please get them swabbed for testing and get on anti virals asap visit a doctor so you can get treatment. Did u have a recent exposure? Do they hurt itch or pain? Burn to pee?
I am sorry those do look like a classic herpes outbreak, however I am not a doctor, sometimes they can be other things. I would go and get it swab tested. ask for a PCR. I know what it is like to be scared and confused. Go get it checked out.
