I have dry, scaly skin around the head of my penis. almost all over it. is this normal? i'm a virgin and have never done anything sexual so cant be sti or std. its been like this for over a year. not itchy, no pain, just slightly red and scaly. its also quite dry. i have seen a doctor before but he dismissed it as irritation and advised me to use natural moisturizers such as coconut oil. he told me if it doesnt work, he'll put me through to a derma, but sadly i cant go back because of lockdown, etc. please help https://m.imgur.com/a/QQlXUaA added photo from imugr as im on mobile. please just click the link and tell me what you guys think. could this be penile cancer? or develop into it at least?
