Ive made a post about this before its been 18 days now and I have these little bumps on my lip kinda going in, they dont hurt to touch or pee but they do get itchy kinda more so if im having a lot of discharge. There is so smell and it doesnt burn either if I get warm water down there. they randomly showed up one day after work I also havent shaved in two weeks so idk whats going on!! 
they get small and look like theyre about to go away but then I scratch or look at them too much and they seem to get bothered and raise back up. A few days ago they appeared on the other side. they are no one where else just those two sides of my upper lips. and they dont scab over at all or burst
It could be ingrown hair. That doesn’t look like herpes.
