hi, im 22 years old guy, i had oral sex before 2 months., and last month i saw small white and red colour bumps on my penis. there are 10-15 small white and red coloured bumps around my penis. not on same spot though, it does not itch or pain. and also i have one on my testicles. could this be a std and also my sperm looks light yellowish color, i am really worried about this. i am in a situation where i cant get checked up . please someone help.

Does not look like herpes u may want to get them checked out but I dint think its herpes
they refused to go due to being in denial but i only seen it once on him and never again. You should get tested to be on the safe side
Doesn't look like an HSV outbreak, however it doesnt mean its nothing. Go to the doctor, have them run some tests.
