YES I'm not sure if it's hemmorroids but my anus is tight
Don't panic! You can have a little look in a mirror, but don't freak yourself out over it. If there is one visible, get a little bit of ice, wrap it in a cloth or a clean sock and sit on it for a little while (just as long as it's comfortable, even 30 seconds is fine). That should stop it hurting too badly and help decrease the swelling.
Either way, do what you can to prevent haemorrhoids in the future. Get some stool softeners and make sure to keep hydrated. Also make sure you have something nice and fibre rich for breakfast like porridge, dried fruit, bran flakes, etc. Try to use a footstool (or whatever you have that can pass for one) when you go to the toilet, so that your knees are above your stomach and try not to strain at all, just let it come out naturally. That's probably the most difficult part, since it's habit and the discomfort and pain can make it tricky not to just want to get it out as quickly as possible.
Keep it as clean as you can to avoid infection. My fissure started in 2013, was constipated and straining and wham, toilet bowl full of blood, and spasm pain for 20-30 minutes after bm. Proc doc gave me nefeipine cream, made me sick, so had to find my own path to a healthy sphincter. I took sitzbaths twice a day, using coconut oil and Epsom salt in the water. Sitting in the water for at least 20 minutes each time. Definitely feels good and calms the spasms down. After each bath/shower I clean my fissure with a hydrogen peroxide soaked q-tip,(cotton swab), and then coat it well with petroleum jelly using a cotton swab. I still do this process everyday. Since 2013 I have had only 2 flare ups, and I think those flare ups were due to diet and hydration. Drink a lot of water, eat healthy fiber foods. Fissures suck, but can be dealt with.
