i have this really weird unexplainable symptom in my head going on for around 5 months. In the morning when i wake up it is not present. but afterlunch, it starts when i walk. its a weird pulse chock type feeling in my head its really unexplainable. when i move my jaw while walking or when i run and become energetic it goes away. Also when im sitting or standing it the symptoms are a lot less then when i walk. Also when i block my ears with my finger or when i have headphone on and i am walking it stops. It dosen't hurt its just super annoying and when it happens i get a panic feeling by reflex. It gets me sad and it demotivates me with my day cause its annoying. i really need some answers or someone that has this it will be greatly appreciated to know what you guys in this community think it is. It will be greatly appreciated.
Hi Pobi,
In my personal opinion it sounds like you might just be acutely aware of a pulse so are focusing on it.
Discuss with your doctor if you need a professional medical answer.
I Sometimes get the sensation that you described as an awareness of a pulse which comes across like a ticking which as a normal resting adult pulse is 60-80 beats per minute is quite a good comparison.
I also suffer with tinnitus (ringing in the ears) but have learned over the years to block it out so it doesn’t bother me so it is possible to live with.
