I just noticed this yesterday and I’m really worried. it’s barely even the size of a quarter and for the most part it doesn’t even hurt; there is no itching, but there is a burning sensation if I touch it directly. Other than that it barely bothers me. I have not had any fever-like symptoms, shooting pains in my legs or tingling in my groin before this appeared. There are no lesions or open wounds or sores–the lumps in the picture are forcyce spots. Can anyone tell me what this is??
