is it itchy/sore? or is it purely visual?
itchy but not extreme it doesnt hurt but it has texture
i would ask for a biopsy of the area. it doesnt look like open wounds that you could swab.

I dont know. I would say it looks like fordyce spots - but if it’s itchy then I would get it tested. I have a similar looking issue at the minute. I have these white bumps together with paper cut like tears. (you might be able to find my previous post on the forum). I have been advised it may be lichen sclerosus, so that might be something you want to ask your gyn about!
