i saw my biyfriend in a club when he kissed a girl.... i couldnt stop crying since i saw that.i didnt talk to him.i dont want to see him .but i have a lost of questions.please help me....i need to talk with someone,i dont live in my country and he was my eveything here....i wanna kill my self.i hate this life
No man is worth killing yourself for. I know how devastated you feel right now, but he doesn't deserve you if he behaves like that. Give yourself time to get over the heartbreak and then fins someone worthy of your love. Take care.
Hi Gol.rst. So sorry you are hurting how hurtful for you to catch your bf kissing another girl. It had to be a shock and if I were you..I think I would be broken hearted and confused. And of course you have lots of questions.

Hi Gol.rst. I am glad that you are better. I think that it is appropriate to feel sad about the time invested in the relationship and then it ended. What it sounds like to me is going on is that you are grieving the loss and with that goes all the feelings that you have been feeling. Anger..sadness..depression.. On and on. If you were not feeling all these feelings I would be worried about you. Each person grieves their own way and it takes them different time periods. What sometimes happens is people get stuck in grief and at that point I think therapy grief counseling can be helpful.
