those definitely look like herpes blisters they come in many different forms but the only way to truly know is to get them swabbed immediately because the longer you wait the harder it is to really tell as the virus isnt as present in healing sores, scabs,etc

3-7 days but by next week they might be completely healed so having to wait that long to get them swabbed might not help unfortunately
