Please tell me if this looks like herpes

i have had sex with 2 men in the past 10 years, both in the last year. Last time was 3 months ago. We were both tested and negative for everything. No HSV test because neither of us ever had symptoms. These 2 bumps showed up yesterday out of nowhere. They are painful when touched. I did use a suction vibrator a couple days ago. Could this be a friction burn?

update: a little over 24 hours since i took the photo and the small spot has disappeared. The bigger spot is maybe a third if the size it was. Would herpes disappear that quickly? Especially for a first outbreak?

that does look like herpes, they come in clusters and are VERY painful and usually cleares up with mediction in weeks
