I had rough finger sex and a brief intercourse 6 weeks ago. 2 weeks later I thought I was starting with Vaginitis, so I went online and treated myself with oregano/tea tree/olive oil. Probably a bad idea. phone appt dr. he cant see or test me because of covid restrictions. he assumes its an sti, 4 tabs azithromycin 250mg & 2 tabs of cefixime 400mg. Only symptoms were pain & discharge. It seemed to get better but not totally gone. This last weekend made up with the ex and had rough intercourse with sharp fingering. Very painful, went to look down there and took these pics. I am freaked. I think the ulcer over the urethra opening is Aphthous vulva ulcer, there might be another at the perineal but i can’t see, although I think it was a tear. The finger like pic is on my vaginal wall and there are 3 of them not together. I have no other indications of anything amiss externally. Flu like symptoms inc swollen lymph nodes, increased thick white discharge, lower abdominal pain, loss of appetite, unrination not overly painful. The guy i had intercourse with swears he does not have sti’s of any kind. Please tell me it’s not herpes. i am so stressed thinking i infected my bf and i made an appt next thurs. ps. im also gluten sensitive and just had very low iron levels, and im 47 pre-menopause.

I recognize this pain from 4 weeks ago, only it was intensified after this weekend and Monday I went on my bike to irritate it more. If it were herpes shouldn’t it be healed or scabbed over by now.? And I never had the tingling feeling.
If anyone is wondering, finally got my test results back & its negative for everything inc hsv2.
will not make that mistake again.
