I feel like these spots on my penis have showed up in the last couple days. I'm so worried that it could be herpes. This feels so awful and embarrassing uploading this but I'm just freaking out right now. I will get a blood test soon but I want any opinions in the mean time. Are they just pimples? Is it HSV??

Does anybody have any ideas? I’ve been able to just “pop” 2 of them painlessly and it popped just like a normal pimple, little bit of yellow came out and then preceded to bleed until it stopped. I’m still just freaking out.
