I'm 19, female. Never had any sexual encounters. My vulva is occasionally itchy, and sometimes i have white discharge (?) that "sticks" to my vulva, its not watery, more like powder ish. The pictures show the pars of labia that worry me, they arent painful and nthing comes out of the bumps

they are fordyce spots its normal but if its itching go doctors you might have a infection like a yeast infection

Those whitish lumps are your Fordyce glands and all women have them. They are often more pronounced in young women like yourself. They are part of the lubricating system which keeps your vulva healthy. Same with the whitish powdery deposit…its all natural. Dont over wash this area. You can easily strip away all the natural fluids, leaving a vulva which can become itchy. A light wash once a day is all that is needed. just use a mild soap and dont use products called Feminine washes. They are not necessary.
