I found it yesterday because it was itching. it has happened before and it went away so i didnt pay much attention to it. its small and white. ive never had sex and i think it bled yesterday. From this morning to nightime it grew a bit bigger.
Could be lichen sclerosis which is treated with steroid ointment. See a gynecologist.
How long do you think it has been there? Is it a raised bump? Does it itch? Could it be a pimple?
Agree it looks like a pimple. Can't say I've ever heard of one on the labia, but clearly none of us are informed enough to know what is possible.
it does itch and i rechecked and two more grew :( how did i contract this. it really does look like a pimple but i dont think thats possible
If it is spreading rather than going away I would see a doctor, preferably a gynecologist. Don't assume it's a disease, it may just be a blocked sebaceous gland. Best to have it identified and treated.
Do you have better pictures? Herpes has a distinct presentation, from what you posted it doesnt appear to be herpes but very hard to tell.
