Yes it do look like a bad yeast, either way you should get an appointment, might get antibiotics.

Definitely looks like a bad yeast infection. If you’re having trouble going to the doctors i would suggest trying monistat, its an over the counter cream that you insert. If that doesn’t clear it up you may need to head to your doctors for antibiotics

if it is yeast infection apple cidar vinnager bathes, you can also add baking soda and or witch hazel .
