hi all firstly around 2 years back when o make sex with my wife i felt any injury on my penis. later i see its bleeding and she have very dry vagina so i thought it was bcoz of tht . but after 3 days we went the clinic doctor checked tht and say me its may be a fungal infection or balanitis, and we made blood testing hiv -1& hiv -2 all results are negative ... but last week i noticed a small pimple on my penis , its very small iam not sexually active around 1. 6 years now ... so i am worried and went to a dermatologist but he was very rude and even dont wanna hear what iam saying , i dont have any sexual relarion other than my wife , so doctor say me u have herpes but i didnt see its like herpes i dont have any pain any itching ..its like a pimple it has been 7 days now i have still tht didnt burst no any puzz nothing ... but the country where iam now i cant make some blood test and all bcoz of very strict regulation on sexual sickness ...i am so worried pls pls some one can help me ... iam attaching pics if i cant here will update on comments pls requesting any one can say me wat its ...

I don’t know what it is. Suggest you go to a urologist, not a dermatologist, and get it checked.
