back in april i had what seemed to be a uti and vaginal yeast infection, ive never looked down there until recently. i got perscribed pills for the uti and monistat. i had symptoms such as a swollen lymp node for a day, i had body aches, etc. this was the time of covid, maybe it could be that? then around may i went to a clinic and they perscribed me mentrondizanol for bv. this cured the smelly discharge and what not and other symptoms dissapeard. but this ulcer type thing is still there ? i got tested for hiv,syphillis and herpes. i do have hsv 1 but not 2, what can this be associated with pls help!! ive also had terrible stomach pains, im thinking i have chrons disease
