Yes you are correct to think about the typical cauliflower presentation of genital warts - these look too suspicious to ignore them, get checked at a sexual health service or a GU Medicine facility

can LS turn into a bump? i read that LS is a white flat patch. someone mentioned this could be LS.

every skin condition is LS here and no body knows how Ls looks like

No, LS cannot turn into a bump. A very simple description of LS (Lichen sclerosus) is typically an area, such as a patch of skin, simply refuses to heal, no matter what is applied to it in terms of skin creams and lotions, moisturiser and suchlike. If it were LS the patch will eventually turn Pearlescent in nature, both in colour and texture, it will be raised slightly above the healthy skin surrounding it, and will feel much rougher. My over-simplified test for LS would be, if you have an area of skin on the genitals where there is NO hair growth, such as the glans / head, foreskin and very upper of the shaft of the penis - where the skin looks overly-dried, distressed, or is forming a patch, you may have a skin disorder, such as LS going on. Certainly applying skin cream, lotion or moisturiser, baby oil, antiseptic cream, Lubes, using condoms - if any of these go hand-in-hand with making the condition worse, then again, it could be a skin disorder that is present. LS is an autoimmune skin condition, and as such is linked to dietary deficiencies, such as a dire lack of a broad range of nutrients and vitamins which are missing from modern diets in many countries of the world. There also needs to be other conditions present, such as skin was previously traumatised (mine is where my foreskin was adhered to the main shaft of penis and I basically tore them apart, over an extended period of months to achieve normal foreskin functioning), or the other typical one is very poor genital hygiene - again I had this as I had not realised how a 'clean' penis was meant to be.

thank you so much for this, mine started as a patch then it became raised and pearlescent and lastly rough in texture. i'm just hoping that this is not a HPV warts. i'll make an appointment to a Dermatologist because my anxiety is at an all time high. i'm overthinking about it.
