Hi , I had redness on my urethra opening which was uncomfortable initally. Small red dots appeared on my penis glans after some days and I self medicated myself with doxycycline for two weeks. I applied hydrocortisone cream on red dots on penis glans for about one week.it gets a bit better and when I stop applying the cream , it again comes back, red dots kinda pimple(not pus filled). Sometimes skin glans have a small crack. Urethra is still red/inflamed when I bend the meatus to see. (I have attached a photo below to see)I’ve had sex but I never had unprotected sex. I have few times received unprotected oral. It’s been a month since this redness appeared and the redness in urethra hasn’t still come down even after doxycycline . It’s neither painful nor burning when I urinate. I have history of psoriasis over 10 years. Please advice me.
have you had any tests done? having similiar symptoms. burning has went away but around the urethera still red, are you having testicular pain as well? my tip sometimes feels like it has icy hot on it or it feels cold, i have tested for all stds two weeks after symptoms started and then 5 weeks after, everything is negative,
I have the same problem and my glans looked exactly like yours. I dont have find solution yet. Please let me know if you find something
i havent done any tests yet. its not painful for me when i urinate , nor is it painful normally. but once in a while i hve a small itchy/tingling feeling that comes ans goes. not intense. no discharge even. this seems endless. did you workout anything?

can anyone who has gone through or know what this is , please advice. the red dots on penis glans slowly started disappearing after i applied clotrimazole. but if i ejaculate or played a sport to sweat alot, makes the glans red. the inflamtion in urethra gets better and be the same again. i have no idea . its not painful but on and off has some slight tingling/ itching sensation. not intense. i dont feel horny at all these days and this is making me feel depressed. i took a fluconazole 150mg today,hoping to see if any changed happen.
do you have anything red or red dots in tour yrethra opening ? is it inflammed? did you check the opening? please post some pics
i feel the same. Irritation amd burning feeling near urethra and at the opening like you. I also have burning in the middle of glans and the skin looks dry and flaking each other day. I have an appointment with a top Urologist in a month in Germany and i ll let you know if i have news. The skins seems is trying to heal, sometimes when i wake up irritation is not that bad, but after going to toilet it gets the same. Im uncircumsiced btw. I have to red "lines" starting from inside urethra they are visible at the very tip of meatus.
